Sore Muscle Remedy Recipe

Please do not wear these shoes if you care at all about your feet! I only wear them if I need to dust the top of the refrigerator.
If your feet cramp in the night, try this recipe below – It’s helped all of my clients who have done it. Make sure you wrap the towel around the entire lower leg (below the knee – These muscles create your foot) as well as the foot. Try it every night for a couple of nights, and then you can use as needed.

I use this magical recipe on my neck and upper back. This is great for taking care of generalized soreness. 

3 cups of water
1 cup of Epsom salts 
Put it all into a glass bowl. Heat.
Put a small towel into the water and then place the saturated towel on the affected muscles.
