5 miles with hills

DRIVEWAY DRILLS
PART 1
5 minutes of jump rope – various

PART 2
Tabata intervals (20:10 x8)
Split jumps alternate with mountain climbers

PART 3
10 dive-bombers

PART 4
Tabata intervals (20:10 x8)
Body-weight squats with row pull

PART 5
10 dive-bombers
